Our house design is based on an innovative Off-Site-Manufactured (OSM) Wall Panel℗ system. This is both cost effective and speed up on-site construction. The house can be weather proof within a week and all internal work can be completed in a dry environment, improving quality. Practical completion can be achieved within 3 - 4 months after concrete pour of the foundation.

MyUrbanHouse

MyUrbanHouse is a two level Townhouse alternative. The foot print can fit very small sections (down to 95 sqm per house). Flexibility to configure design to suit different site requirements and allow the best position for the outdoor Deck area. The floor plan is maximising the Kitchen / Dining / Living area and minimising corridors.
